The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Collection of personal data
During a simple website visit, we only store access data in the form of so-called server log files. These are data which your browser makes available and which are not personally identifiable. It can be collected:
- Browser type/version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Time and date of the server request
We are unable to assign this data to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources, and the data is deleted after a statistical evaluation. For this purpose, the user’s access to our websites is stored in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are processed monthly for statistical purposes using analysis software and then deleted. It is not possible to draw conclusions about a specific person when we use the data.
Some functions of our website require the visitor to enter personal data, such as name and e-mail address. Names and details can be provided here voluntarily. We process your data on servers located in Austria and thus within the framework of the EU data protection level. However, we would like to point out the existing exceptions according to point. 6 of this statement (“Google Analytics”) if third-party tools are used whose servers are located abroad.
Registration
The data subject has the option of registering on the controller’s website by providing personal data. Which personal data is transmitted to the controller is determined by the respective input mask used for the registration. The personal data entered by the data subject is collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller and for the controller’s own purposes. The controller may request the transfer to one or more processors, e.g. a parcel service, which will also use the personal data for an internal purpose attributable to the controller.
When registering on the controller’s website, the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject as well as the date and time of registration are also stored. The storage of this data takes place against the background that this is the only way to prevent the misuse of our services and, if necessary, to enable the investigation of criminal offenses committed. In this respect, the storage of this data is necessary to protect the controller. This data is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to pass on the data or the transfer serves the purpose of criminal prosecution.
Purpose
We use your personal data to provide the services you have requested, in particular to receive and process your inquiry or registration.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data free of charge. If you have incorrect data, you have the right to correct it. You are entitled to cancel and block your data at any time.
The stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to storage or if knowledge of this data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored. However, the deletion will only take place after expiry of the deadlines under tax and commercial law.
Right to complain
If you are of the opinion that we are violating Austrian or European data protection law when processing your data, please contact us to clarify any questions. Of course, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority, and from May 25, 2018 also with a supervisory authority within the EU.
Information about cookies
We use cookies to optimize our website. These are small text files that are stored in your computer’s main memory. These cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Other cookies remain on your computer (long-term cookies) and enable recognition on your next visit. This enables us to improve your access to our website.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the “Deactivate cookies” option in your browser settings. However, this may limit the functionality of our website.
Data storage
Personal data is stored for the duration of the statutory retention period. After this period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the fulfillment or initiation of the contract. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements.
